Our understanding of customers' needs, stringent measures on safety and the highest quality of services have been duly recognised by our customers. We are currently handling 37 international carriers at HKIA. We are the leader in ramp handling with 55.0% percent market share of air traffic movements in 2008. With our integrated communications technology, well developed scheduling and resource allocation systems, we have out-performed the standard set by the Airport Authority in ramp handling.
