Our flight operations personnel implement the very best despatch services - including flight plan preparations and filing, ATC (Air Traffic Control) liaison, meteorological documentation, and flight progress monitoring and communication with the flight deck. Using state-of-the-art communications equipment, the Flight Despatch team is staffed by highly qualified despatchers from the CAA UK (Civil Aviation Authority, United Kingdom) and the FAA (US Federal Aviation Administration). They are also directly linked to the MET (Meteorological) office and prepare weather reports, NOTAM (Notice to Airmen).  |
