Passengers checking in for flights will be met by HAS staff who will handle all their needs, from the ticketing counter all the way to the boarding gate. Our employees are also available to provide special VIP lounge services. We have a dedicated team specializing in assisting VIPs, unaccompanied minors, elderly, wheelchair-bound passengers and handling all medical cases.
HAS staff can use customer airlines' DCS (Departure Control System) to handle passengers' flight information. Apart from that, HAS staff will wear the uniform of the airline they're serving.
