HAS ramp coordinators specialize in loading and unloading supervision, checking loadsheet calculations and carrying out ULD management. They also liaise with other ground support agencies, including caterers, airport ramp franchisees, aircraft maintenance service franchisees, and stay in close contact with the aircrew so that any last-minute changes can be handled safely, quickly and efficiently.
Station Control is responsible for monitoring flight operations, gathering and disseminating information internally to ensure operations running smoothly.  |
