We have been reporting on our sustainability management since 2007, and this is our sixth Sustainable Development Report. The Sustainable Development Report 2012 provides descriptions, data and perspective on Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, Employee Relations, Business Partners and Community in the Year 2012, and shows the strategies that we are conducting our business responsibly, delivering services and creating sustainable partnerships.

‘Aim Higher, Go Further’ is the theme of The Sustainable Development Report 2012. This theme illustrates that our Company while surpassing previous flight handling records, continually puts its effort on a series of carbon reduction tasks, and also places Occupational Health and Safety to the first priority, in order to create a low pollutant and safe Airport Community with our stakeholders.

We continue to be informed by reporting frameworks and guidelines that include the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) annually. This report covers the 24 GRI performance indicators and has been set at Application Level B, according to the criteria described in the G3.1 Model.
