Administration Assistant (6 months - 1 year contract)

Responsibilities

  • Sort and distribute all incoming and internal mails, documents and items 
  • Handle all outgoing mails and keep records of the postage incurred
  • Airport Permits handling including Airport Restricted Area and Tenant Restricted Area for new joiner applications
  • Perform procurement and purchasing functions
  • Assist to collect airport permits such as escort permits in PTB permit office
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date uniform records and compile relevant reports for accounting and analysis purposes
  • Maintain uniform store room in an orderly manner 
  • Assist team members in monthly uniform stocktaking and uniform distributions
  • Support corporate social responsibility activities
  • Complete other assignments allocated by his/her superior

 Requirements

  • Secondary education
  • At least 1 year office work and relevant experience 
  • Reasonable command of written/spoken English and Chinese
  • Pleasant, helpful and organised
  • Knowledge of PC
