Responsibilities

 

·         Handle daily administration of all round Human Resources functions

·         Maintain our Employees’ Compensation and related recruitment records timely

·         Prepare the personal files ensuring all supporting documents are updated

·         Handle recruitment issue, final payment and periodical report

·         Assist in the development, enhancement and maintenance of staff personal records system to support the delivery of quality personnel services

·         Supervise and coach subordinates to ensure personnel functions are delivered to the required standards

·         Support various ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements

 

·         Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline

·         3 year relevant working experience

·         Conversant with Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and other related legislation.

·         Able to perform multi-tasks and work independently

·         Proactive with organizing and negotiation skills

·         Proficient within PC skills including MS Word & MS Excel

·         Good command of written / spoken English and Chinese
