Training Assistant (1-year contract)

  • Support implementation of training and development initiatives to fulfill business needs and staff development strategies.
  • Design, organize, deliver and evaluate training courses and development programs for department/sections, such as staff orientation, communication skills, etc.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop training programs materials.
  • Assist the implementation of projects and course development related to eLearning, corporate values and other new initiatives.
  • Coordinate and maintain good liaison with stakeholders as to support corporate functions, e.g. external training application, IATA manual requisition, management of training facilities, etc.
  • Provide logistics and administrative support for training and development programs.
  • Review and maintain training database and consolidate training reports for management review and record management.
  • Perform any ad hoc assignments/projects as assigned.


  • Diploma or above in Business Administration/Aviation Industry related or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years’ relevant experience in training and development.
  • Service oriented with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical capability.
  • Passion for development people and promoting continuous learning.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
  • Computer literacy, well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Candidate with more experience or qualification will be considered as Training Officer.
