Financial Services Assistant

Responsibilities:

 

·         Handle daily accounting, payroll, retirement fund contribution and tax return functions. 

·         Prepare payment, journals, vouchers and debit note.

·         Prepare account schedules for month-end closing.

·         Complete other assignments allocated by his/her superior.

 

Requirements: 

 

·         HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent with pass in English language with 1 year working experience.

·         Accounting studies & knowledge of aviation industry is preferable, e.g. LCC certificate.

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility.

·         Proficiency in MS Excel & Word. Flex knowledge is an advantage.

·         Fresh graduate will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

 

·         Prepare invoices / debit note / credit note / reminder / vouchers.

·         Handle debt collection & customers queries.

·         Assist to prepare account schedules / revenue forecast / debtor aging / KPI / charts.

 

Requirements:

 

·         HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent with pass in English language with 1 year working experience.

·         LCCI certificate / diploma in accounting preferred

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility.

·         Proficiency in MS Excel & Word. Flex system knowledge is an advantage.

·         Proactive attitude and always prepared to offer services to internal and external customers

·         Fresh graduate will also be considered.
