Human Resources Assistant (1 year contract)

1. Recruitment & Employee Compensation (Ref. no.: PO/20180101):

Responsibilities

·         Provide clerical support in the daily administration of all round Human Resources functions such  as recruitment logistics and recruitment day

·         Maintain new joiner database updating

·         Ensure staff personal records are accurate and kept up-to-date

·         Assist in various projects and adhoc assignments

·         Answer general staff enquiries

 

Requirements

·         Higher Diploma or above with major in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

·         With clerical working experience is preferable

·         Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese

·         A team player with initiatives, pleasant, helpful and organized

·         Knowledge of PC

·         Candidates with more experience would be considered for Human Resources Officer

 

 

2. HR system (Ref. no.: PO/20181119):

Responsibilities

·         Provide support in the daily administration of all round Human Resources and specialize in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll administration, Leave management and HRMS

·         To assist in the implementation, development and enhancement of the HR computerized system and to act as the system administrator

·         To maintain HR database and collate reports for decision making

·         Answer general staff inquiries regarding compensation & benefits

·         Handle and support various ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

·         Higher Diploma or above with major in Human Resources Management / Information System / Computer Science or related disciplines

·         Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field

·         Conversant with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation

·         Logical thinker, excellent communication, problem solving & analytical skills

·         A team player with initiatives, Responsible, well-organized and detail-minded

·         Good command of written / spoken English and Chinese

·         Hands-on PC knowledge in MS Word, Chinese Word Processing & Excel

·         Candidates with more experience would be considered for Human Resources Officer
