Passenger Services Officer (Baggage Section)

  • Assist passengers in reclaiming their baggage in customs hall
  • Maintain equipments and documents in proper location at all times
  • Record timing of arrival baggage in order to achieve the service standard
  • Trace lost items of passengers in airside and landside possible areas
  • Retag and / or dispatch baggage on the next available flight if passengers agree to depart by the earlier flight without baggage
  • Fill up form and create baggage irregularity file in world tracer system
  • Create file into world tracer system for all outstanding baggage
  • Record found items and store in office for further action
  • Clear unclaimed baggage from customs hall


  • HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience
  • Mature with good interpersonal skills, and be dedicated to provide high levels of customer service
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Willing to work on shift & overtime
