Operations Resources Planning Coordinator -RCS (Non-Shift)

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deploy the resources (manpower and equipment) of Ramp and Cargo Services Department optimally and within budget
  •  Present the weekly roster of all operations units as per agreed schedule consistently and comply with company rostering rules and policies
  •   Compile resources report to keep track and adjust the resources utilization and availability
  •    Assist in resources projection and review for supporting management decision, including seasonal resources projection, what-if analysis etc.
  •    Manage the flight movement & relevant report in facilitating resources arrangement
  •    Maintain the INFORM rostering system including database maintaining, rules and staff setting, in-house system training
  •   Complete other assignments allocated by his / her superior

Requirements

  • Post Secondary qualification or above
  • At least 1 year experience in aviation operations and/or resources planning
  • Experience in INFORM GroundStar System would be an advantage
  • Good in planning and analytical skill
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
