People Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for monthly payroll processing, final payment handling, leave & attendance administration and daily HRIS operations
  • To ensure the payroll and other payroll-related matters are proceeded with sufficient documentation and in compliance with company policies and EO
  • To propose solutions in the event of payroll-related problems for discussion with team members
  • To assist in the development, enhancement and maintenance of staff personal records system to support the delivery of quality personnel services.
  • To prepare various routine and ad-hoc HR data and analytics reports for management review
  • To assist in HRIS enhancement project
  • To supervise and coach subordinates to ensure personnel functions are delivered to the required standards. 
  • To complete other assignments allocated by his / her superior.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in compensation and benefits areas, with concentration in payroll administration
  • Conversant with the Employment Ordinance.
  • Detail-minded, Well-organized, Independent and Good Interpersonal & Communication skills
  • Proficiency in application software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
