主要職責

Assist the team manager to manage all the vendors and system providers, and coordinate all activities related system implementation and change management.

Liaise with the external consultants, resource planning and operations sections to review and fine-tune the business systems, with the objective to enhance the end-to end business processes and improve overall efficiency.

Supervise the system trial runs, UAT and manage the execution with planned implementation activities.

Assist in business case preparation in partnership with business stakeholders driving and challenging assumptions as needed.

Working in conjunction with stakeholders to conceptualize and propose solution approaches.

Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis for major and minor projects.

Engage with stakeholders through the project lifecycle with clear & timely communications to ensure that requirements are delivered with common understanding.
入職要求
-
Post-secondary or above with minimum 8 years airport operation working experience, including 3 years at supervisory level.

Familiarity with IT systems, and knowledge in business analysis or statistical modelling preferred.

Previous experience in project management and business process re-engineering.

Good Understanding of operations research, resource planning or preferred.

Good communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Able to work independently & under pressure.
