  • Assist the team manager to manage all the vendors and system providers, and coordinate all activities related system implementation and change management.

  • Liaise with the external consultants, resource planning and operations sections to review and fine-tune the business systems, with the objective to enhance the end-to end business processes and improve overall efficiency.

  • Supervise the system trial runs, UAT and manage the execution with planned implementation activities.

  • Assist in business case preparation in partnership with business stakeholders driving and challenging assumptions as needed.

  • Working in conjunction with stakeholders to conceptualize and propose solution approaches.

  • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis for major and minor projects.

  • Engage with stakeholders through the project lifecycle with clear & timely communications to ensure that requirements are delivered with common understanding.


  • Post-secondary or above with minimum 8 years airport operation working experience, including 3 years at supervisory level.

  • Familiarity with IT systems, and knowledge in business analysis or statistical modelling preferred.

  • Previous experience in project management and business process re-engineering.

  • Good Understanding of operations research, resource planning or preferred.

  • Good communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

  • Able to work independently & under pressure.
