主要職責
-
Assist in design, development and customization of training and assessment materials, ensuring the training align with ISAGO standards and meet the requirements of customer airlines

Conduct classroom training and briefing session
-
Support and monitor the coaching performance of frontline coaches
-
Provide on-the-job coaching and assessment to frontline colleagues
-
Assist in the review and updating of training content, ensuring the training are up-to-date and accurate
-
Compile training progress report and keep record of training results
-
Keep current of operational knowledge and skills and perform operation duties
-
Assist in training administration and needs analysis study
-
Support operations, projects as and when required
-
Perform the ad-hoc assignment and duties assigned by superior
入職要求
-
HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent
-
Minimum 2 years working experience in Passenger Services handling
-
A role model of service quality and operational safety and security
-
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
-
Passion to learn and share with others
