主要職責
-
To supervise and motivate all work teams in Ramp Services Section for smooth and effective delivery of services to fulfill operational responsibilities
-
To maximize productivity through effective planning of roster patterns, allocation of resources, management of sectional manning levels, monitoring of overtime work and proper record management
-
To accomplish operational objectives and performance targets (KPI) as set up with the management team
-
To recommend improvements on existing work practices and equipment requirements/ modifications
-
To highlight and promote safety culture, closely monitor staff’s safety practices and rectify any incompliance immediately
-
To liaise and collate feedback from relevant airline personnel to ensure that our customers objectives are met; and to liaise with Airport Authority, RHOs, CTOs, and other internal departments for problem shooting
-
To investigate any incidents, accidents, delays, complaints and irregularities
-
To maintain staff discipline, appearance and morale in Ramp Services Section and to channel staff opinions to management team if any
-
To complete other project and assignment allocated by Management
入職要求
-
Post secondary or above
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience at supervisory level in relevant field
-
Competence in crisis management and problem-solving
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
-
Holder of valid HK driving licence 1 & 2
