  • Provide leadership to the ground operations team through clear communication. Able to motivate large teams and ensure all performance metrics are achieved and employee relations issues are minimized;

  • Lead and manage ramp, cargo, baggage, load control, service control, flight dispatch & passenger services teams’ activities to meet all operational KPI’s

  • Improve and drive operational performance, including enhancements in service level and productivity to meet company targets. Optimize the deployment of staff & ground service;

  • Develop, implement and manage all operational workplace safety, security & environmental policies, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations;

  • Ensure all operational incidents and complaints are thoroughly investigated and mitigation plans are developed and implemented;

  • Determine training needs and reinforce training programs to ensure a high level of excellence in safety and customer;

  • Coordinate with People Department to manage organizational succession planning, capability development and employee relations;

  • Collaborate with authorities and other departments to achieve a safe and secure working environment. Build a strong safety work culture.

  • Complete other assignment allocated by COO.


  • University graduate in related discipline;

  • Minimum 15-year experience in aviation industry including 10 years of management experience and 5 years at a major ground handling company;

  • Excellent execution, communication and interpersonal skills. Cantonese speaking preferred;

  • Strong business acumen, operational and negotiation capabilities;

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment, random Drug Screening and Background Check;

  • Valid driver’s license.
