Responsibilities

To supervise and ensure a smooth cargo / mail/document handover and delivery
-
To ensure cargo/mail handling activities are performed in accordance with safety procedures
-
To follow up and report irregularities to Senior Supervisor / Duty Controller and carrier representatives
-
To communicate all procedural changes and requests to all staff and ensure their full awareness and understanding
-
To maintain staff discipline, efficiency, safety, appearance and morale in CHG
-
To carry out valuable cargo and cargo document handling when necessary
-
To attend training sessions as and when required
-
To complete other assignment allocated by his / her superior
-
Handle Special Cargo, including Pharma shipment
Requirements
-
Post-secondary or above
-
Minimum 1-2 years’ supervisory experience
-
Able to control / supervise subordinates
-
Good command of written / spoken English and Chinese
-
Knowledge of PC
-
Holder of valid HK driving licence 1 & 2
-
No careless driving record within 5 years & not more than 6 points are incurred in driving-offence points within 2 years
