Responsibilities

Assist in implementing office administration policies and procedures.

Handle staff recurrent training and record maintenance.

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing talents via various channels, pre-selecting applications, conducting interviews according to defined standards

Assist in executing recruitment strategies & recruitment metrics
-
Work closely with the entire HR team in driving the implementation of company objectives and program
-
To handle administration with sub-contractors including intake arrangement, training and examination requirement, absentee management and permit administration
-
Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
-
Degree holder in Business Administration with major in Human Resources Management is preferred
-
Minimum 1 years administration and talent acquisition working experience in sizable organization.

A track record of successful cases in recruiting general level of talent and by using various direct sourcing methods
-
Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong
-
Self-motivated with ability to work independently under tight timelines
-
High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
-
Proficiency in MS Office applications
