Responsibilities

  • To maintain the delivery of safe, reliable, efficient and quality transport services including shuttle, crew and staff services according to the standards, regulations and requirements laid down by the Company, Government Authorities and our customers

  • To manage a fleet of shuttle, crew & light buses, trucks and vans to ensure they are fully licensed and optimally used

  • To work & maintain close relationships with key stakeholders including trade partners, customers, government and regulatory authorities

  • To plan, review & monitor staff levels and manage staff development to meet the company’s short / medium / long terms needs

  • To formulate and review the mode of operations, staff and administration to improve service quality, reliability and efficiency

  • To ensure all staff are aware & comply with all government & company safety requirements & regulations

  • To benchmark best practices in the transport industry so we are a best-in-class transport services provider

  • To investigate and report any discrepancies in standards of safety and service quality

  • To assist COO in exploring new business and prepare annual budgets

  • To administrate staff performance appraisals, recommend promotions, dismissal, or relevant staffing movement in the section

Requirements

  • University graduate / tertiary education

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in transportation, aviation, and / or customer services field, including 3 years at management level. Experience in the transportation industry is preferred

  • Good command of written / spoken English and Chinese

  • Excellent communication and team-building skills

  • Good organizing, analysis and problem-solving abilities

  • Knowledge of computer operation (Windows and Office)

  • Holder of valid HK driving licence class 1 & 2

  • Possess of HK driving licence class 4, 5, 9, 10 & 18 is preferable

  • Minimum 8 years experience in Human Resources field and at least 5 years at management level

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese

  • Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Independent, detail-oriented and is able to work under pressure

  • Proactive with organizing and leadership skills

  • Immediate available is highly preferred
