Responsibilities

Cross check the relevant documents received for flight number/date/routing/registration and printed with proper formats and paginations. Check NOTAM/Weather folder for any unfavorable factors which may affect the smooth operations of the flight

To file ATS flight plan via AIDB as per the required time schedule, based on information received

To check and compute the relevant allowable payload based on the information in CFPs, and to inform the relevant parties when a restriction to the planned payload is anticipated

To perform flight briefing as per the airline required time schedule and location

To disseminate the required fuel and relevant flight data to all concerned parties after flight briefing is completed.

Cross check all flight documents before filing

To maintain a Company VHF Radio service between the Flight Dispatch Department and our customer airlines’ aircrafts on ground or in the air, and to disseminate all relevant information to the departments concerned. Maintain relevant records in the Company Radio Communications Log

To handle internal and external (third party handling companies within the airport) enquiries relating to customer airlines’ flight schedule and operating status

To update the Operations Manuals amendments received from customer airlines and other office manuals as and when required

To act as training coach for new joiners and to review periodically for performance update

To complete any other assignments allocated by his / her superior
Requirements

Secondary education or above
-
Preferable 1-2 years of Flight Dispatch or airport operation services experience

Previous airline knowledge is an advantage – preferably with a Dispatcher License (Oversea or Local)

Good English comprehension skills, previous education related to Aviation Management is an advantage
-
Possession of driving license class 1 will be an advantage
