If you’re a recent graduate with a passion for aviation, we welcome to you apply for our Graduate Trainee Programme.
The three-year Programme starts each September, and trainees have the opportunity to work across the subsidiaries of the Cathay Pacific Group, learning vital management skills and gaining an understanding of the operations of each company. At Cathay Pacific Catering Services, trainees will learn what goes into creating fantastic onboard dining experiences; at Cathay Pacific Services Ltd. they will delve into the world of air cargo logistics. During their time with Vogue Laundry Service Limited, trainees will encounter a thriving commercial operation at the laundry handler. And with Hong Kong Airport Services Ltd, trainees will discover the mechanisms behind the scenes at one of the world’s greatest airports..
Each trainee will have the chance to work on a project with a senior mentor to expand their skillset and gain valuable insight and experience.
Kelvin Tam, a current Graduate Trainee, notes that the experience is an immersive, hands-on role, “As a Graduate Trainee, I am also privileged to have been able to grasp HAS' end-to-end business process through the departmental rotations. The program has provided training and workshops to develop my managerial skills – and I have been entrusted to design and develop new operations protocols for process enhancement.”
