Responsibilities

To provide passenger reception and check-in services to our passengers

To provide check-in service at Terminal, Hong Kong or Kowloon Airport Express Station, and Skypier
-
To answer passenger enquiries at Airline's Service Desk
-
To provide gate arrival and departure services
-
Perform queue management at check-in counter, boarding gate and transfer desk
-
To assist passenger at Self Check-in Kiosk and Self Bag Drop Counter
Requirements
-
HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent
-
Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
-
With good communication skills and customer-oriented
-
Candidate with more experience in passenger service will be considered as Service Leader
