Hong Kong Airport Services Limited ("HAS") is collecting your personal data, including your company name, name, email address, contact number, dietary restrictions or food allergies, and photos taken during the event, for the purposes of administering and communicating with you about the HAS Customer Dinner, and for internal and external communications.

 

The provision of your personal data is voluntary. However, if you refuse to provide your personal data, we will not be able to proceed with your registration of the HAS Customer Dinner. You could contact 2116 2081 (Coco Chow) if you object the publications of your photos.

 

HAS will retain the personal data collected via this form for a period of 1 month after the event has ended, after which it will be securely destroyed. Your personal data will be used by HAS for the purposes mentioned above and will not be transferred to any third parties.
