From Classroom to Career: Welcoming the First VPAS Graduates to Our Team

We’re celebrating the inaugural cohort of students from eligible full-time Higher Diploma programmes under the Vocational Professionals Admission Scheme (VPAS) taking their first steps into the workplace. VPAS is a pilot programme launched by the Hong Kong SAR Government. We’re proud to be amongst the pioneer employers supporting it from day one, working closely with the Vocational Training Council (VTC) to help turn classroom learning into real careers.

Earlier this year, a group of VTC students walked through our doors to gain first-hand insight into how we deliver passenger services and ground handling operations at Hong Kong International Airport.

Now, they returned — this time in uniform, as our newest Passenger Service Officers.

We're proud to help nurture the next generation of aviation talent who will drive Hong Kong's aviation industry forward.

They begin the next chapter of their journey: structured training, dedicated mentorship, and hands-on operational experience, equipping them to deliver the safe and reliable service our passengers expect.
