Next Gen Talent Takes Off at HAS

At HAS by Cathay, nurturing the next generation of aviation professionals is at the heart of our commitment to operational excellence. As part of the Cathay Subsidiary Services Graduate Trainee Programme, Benedict, Jeff and Toby have now joined our team.

Throughout the comprehensive three-year programme, the graduate trainees will be equipped with hands-on ramp and passenger service experience, while developing essential skills in safety, teamwork and operational efficiency – the fundamental principles that define ground handling at HAS by Cathay. Besides promoting professional growth, this holistic approach aims to ensure our people play a vital role in delivering world-class airport operations.
