Safety is our top priority at HAS, and we are pleased to be awarded with the HKIA Safety Excellence Award – Merit at Airport Safety Recognition Scheme 2023/24. Our long-term partner, Japan Airlines, has also been recognized for their exceptional safety standards, receiving the Gold Award in the same category!
In addition to this accolade, 16 of our people won individual awards in the categories of “Role Model Safety Behavior”, “Accident Prevention Measures” and “Best Safety Supervisor”. Congratulations to Leung Man Chi, Wan Sung Wah, Wong Man Fai, Mau Wai Chi Karen, Chan Yuen Kwong, Hui Cheung Keung, Kwan Kin San, Leung Ting King, Tsang Pui Yee Ada, Jon Bo Ming Jason, Yeung Lam Kwan, Yu Cheuk Wa, Max Tsang, Tangkatithan Pattharathorn Lyric, Au Chi Keung and Yan Lai Yi Emily for their outstanding contributions.
The individual recognitions are well-deserved acknowledgments of our people's hard work, attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and their relentless efforts to maintain a safe environment across the airport area. Their professionalism has been instrumental in upholding the highest standards of safety across our operations.
These accolades not only highlight the dedication of our team in maintaining stringent safety practices but also reinforce our commitment to creating a secure environment at Hong Kong International Airport.
